December 2008 Consumentenbond Providers test
XS4ALL scored more than 10% higher than the avarage of the other tested providers in almost all sections. Highlights were 'quality of internet' (8,1) and overall customer satisfaction (8). With these bi-monthly tests, the Consumentenbond [1] can map problems and developments of providers.

December 2008 Emerce 100
The Emerce 100 is the annual recurring image study for the top 100 companies in e-business. This study is conducted by TNS NIPO. In the category Internet Service Provider, XS4ALL stands, just like last year, in first place.

June 2008 Sprout Magazine
In June 2008, Sprout Magazine compiled a list of the 100 best service providers in the Netherlands. XS4ALL was ranked 26th in the list of all service providers and 5th amongst ICT companies. XS4ALL came first in the 'resolving complaints' and 'flexibility' categories. Its customer satisfaction percentage of 92% is regarded as being particularly high. Sprout Magazine: "On its website, the company lists ten good reasons to become a XS4ALL customer. By the time we reached reason three we were already convinced." The top four positions were awarded, in order, to the following companies: Google, Your Hosting, PayPal and Siemens. This means that XS4ALL was the highest-ranking internet provider that offers both internet access and hosting.

April 2008 Consumentenbond Providers test
The Consumentenbond [1] tests seventeen internetprovider on their helpdesks, spamfilters and overall satisfaction. XS4ALL gets the highest scores for customer satisfaction of all the tested providers.

April 2007 National provider test
PCM, Computer idee, iPing and internetten.nl test the Dutch internet provicers. Personal Computer Magazine concludes: "With a final score of 8.4, XS4ALL is the absolute winner in this provider test. Although many providers offer stunt prices and subscription packets, XS4ALL's high score shows that internetters are also very quality conscious. A reliable connection, a good quality helpdesk and the services offered are just as important as a keen price." XS4ALL's helpdesk also achieved a high score, dispite the limited opening times. The functionality of ADSL was awarded 10 points.

March 2007 Algemeen Dagblad
The Algemeen Dagblad tests how accessible providers are via telephone. XS4ALL got the lowest points and seemed to be practically unreachable. According to the test, a relative advantage is that the customer is phoning for normal (inter)local rates. XS4ALL has taken drastic measures in the meantime, and greatly improved it's accessibility.
